WHO WE ARE
We were born in mid-2016 with the mission of raising people's self-esteem and facilitating access for everyone, anywhere on the planet, to cosmetic hair products made with excellence and high technology.
This dream only became possible through a successful partnership between a BRAZILIAN and a JORDANIAN, both focused on sharing their personal experiences and producing the best products on the market, with a lot of social responsibility, respect for differences and a lot of honesty.
We manufacture our products at Di Fiorenna, in Franca - SP. This is a cosmetics outsourcing company that is a world reference in terms of quality and technology.
Our commercial headquarters are in São Caetano do Sul - SP, where we carry out the main operations on national soil, such as:
- Commercial service to digital channels (E-commerce, Marketplaces, Social Media, etc.)
- Commercial service to wholesale channels (Distributors)
- Commercial service to professionals (Hairdressers, Hair Therapists, etc.)
We started our distribution focused on the Middle East, where we will export directly from Brazil until the end of 2021.
We now have more than 25 countries around the world. And we're even happier to know that this number is growing.
In 2022 we began a new stage in our journey, rebranding and repositioning the brand in the Brazilian market, raising our brand to the level of accessible luxury and much more humanized, looking closely at the needs of consumers in our country.
We have expanded our operations over the years and by 2023 we have a team made up of multidisciplinary professionals who are highly trained and connected to the pillars of our organization.
We are a company with international thinking and operations, but our soul is Brazilian. We are honored to be inclusive, open to diversity and, above all, to bring the best and safest in this wide world of hair care.
Brazilians deserve to have access to the best products here in our country and not just to have them exported to other countries.

OUR FOUNDERS
Our CEO, Joel Fogazza Junior, brings a wealth of experience gained from years of living abroad, both on land and on cruise ships around the world.
Known for his passion for entrepreneurship and motivated by the constant search to create innovative and excellent products, he helped create FGZ Cosmetics, with the mission of awakening the most beautiful in people and thus raising their self-esteem, regardless of their personal choices and way of life.
Its main objective was, and always will be, to care for people and the environment.
Today we can say that this is a reality!

Mohannad Albadareen, our VP International, also brings a lot of life baggage and strong international experience, combined with the innate ability to do business that comes from the Arab merchants.
Highly recognized in the Middle East for having been involved in cosmetics for over 15 years, taking care of the family business in this area, he helped create FGZ Cosmetics and expand it in the Middle East.
Loving father, faithful and devoted husband. Successful businessman, calm and extremely human. He believes that human relationships are based on mutual trust.
